My recent project for my Legal and Ethical Technology Issues Course...Cal Newport
I have been researching Cal Newport's work regarding making choices about distractions to keep our goals in focus. His TED Talk is amazing stating: "he has never had social media" - and feels his life is better for it. While I do not believe I will abandon all social media I have become more aware of the time I spend with this distraction and whether it is purposeful.
