Podcasts a reflection on their usefulness in E-learning & a couple more resources for learning

From researching Podcasts and getting back into listening to these gems of education I have a couple of thoughts. I am so interested in the fact that creating a Podcast for students of any age would teach them multiple things - some could be:
  1. Confidence in their voice and sharing their opinions
  2. The ability to have published creations for their future jobs or endeavors
  3. Podcasts and E-learning videos teach you great skills in editing, creativity and analyzing data
The way Podcasts could add to your PLN's is you would be able to connect with people with the same interests and share your Podcast. Offering your knowledge could build a bridge of connections to help you learn from other professionals. Students (K-12) would be able to create Podcasts to share with other students or even other schools around the world. This would teach the availability of sharing skills with others nationwide. You could also use Podcasts or E-learning videos to create training videos at your work to train fellow employees skills they would need.

I also found access to this website that had a great printout (PDF link below)>describing how to teach Podcasts and great links and suggestions.

Below see the link for the above mentioned PDF. This is described as a good outline / tool for teaching students of all ages to start creating Podcasts.
